Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We perceive that there may be cases the place you must return or alternate a product, and we’re right here to help you. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Eligibility for Return:

You are eligible to return a product below the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Product: In case you receive a product that’s broken or defective, it’s possible you’ll return it for a refund or replacement.
  2. Wrong Product: Within the event that you just receive the wrong product, you may claim a dispute within 3 days of order delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement:

To make sure correct claims resolution, we require you to submit an unboxing video of the product. Please comply with the guidelines below:

  • The video should clearly show all sides of the package.
  • The label displaying the AWB Number and Order ID have to be seen in the video.
  • If the shipment has a packet ID barcode, it must be clearly displayed in the video.
  • The video should depict the process of opening the packaging and clearly show the product.
  • The video must be recorded in one continuous take without any edits or pauses.

Exchange Policy:

Please notice that exchange is not available for gift returns, out-of-stock items, or when returning multiple items.

Return Process:

In case your return is eligible for pickup, our team will prepare for a pickup from the address supplied during the order placement. In case your return is not eligible for pickup, please Send your Self and follow these steps:

  1. Place a copy of the invoice contained in the return package, highlighting the items being returned.
  2. Paste a declaration of item details, value, and return reason on the return package.

Replacement Delivery:

Please notice that replacement products can only be delivered to the same address because the original order. If you need to change the delivery address, we suggest returning the item for a refund and placing a new order with the new address.

Refund Process:

Refunds might be processed according to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made online, the refund might be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made by way of Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund might be issued through UPI or bank transfer.
